We will dispatch your order within 2 working days. Orders placed on weekends and Bank Holidays will be dispatched the next working day.
During busy periods, order dispatches may take longer than usual. We will always update you here and on social media during such times.
Delivery charges above apply to mainland UK. We are happy to ship elsewhere, please contact us directly for a quote for shipping outside of the UK on info@lullalove.co.uk.
RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY
Our return policy is 28 days from the day you received your order from us. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns and issue refunds after 28 days.
Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us.
For returns, we only accept unused items with original tags still attached and in the original packaging.
We cannot accept returns of intimate, sanitary and hygienic products, gift cards, health and personal care items.
To return your order or some items, please contact us on info@lullalove.co.uk for further instructions.
Once we receive the goods you are returning, they will be inspected. We will notify you by email confirming we have received the goods and inform you of our decision whether we accept or reject your refund respect.
If accepted, refunds will be processed and a credit will be automatically paid to the payment card or the original payment method within 7 working days.
Delivery costs are non-refundable. The amount refunded will be the amount you paid for your goods excluding shipping costs. We will deduct the shipping costs from the total order amount.
We only accept refunds for full priced items, unfortunately we cannot accept returns and refunds for sale items.
Damaged or defective goods
If your order contains an item that has been damaged or arrived with a defect, please contact us on info@lullalove.co.uk.
We only accept exchanges for damaged and defective items, we cannot accept exchanges for alternative product or product variation (e.g. different colour etc.).
