These terms and conditions govern the use of the website www.lullalove.co.uk and your relationship with NH Trade Ltd. (official distributor of Lullalove in the United Kingdom) whose registered office is at Hawthorn Villas 21, Holmes Chapel, CW4 7AR, United Kingdom. These terms affect your rights and liabilities under law. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the website. By ordering any of our goods or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. AGREEMENT
By using the Website you agree with these terms and authorise us to transmit information to obtain information from third parties, including but not limited to, your debit or credit card numbers or credit reports to authenticate your identity, to validate your credit card, to obtain an initial credit card authorisation and to authorise individual purchase transactions.

2. CHANGES AND AMENDMENTS
We reserve the right to

  • update these Terms at any time;
  • modify or remove, temporarily or permanently, this website without any notice to you;
  • disable any user account at any time, if in our opinion you have failed to comply with any of these terms.


3. REGISTRATION
By using this website, you confirm that:

  • you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts;
  • you are at least 18 years of age;
  • the personal information which you are required to provide when you register is true, accurate, current and complete in all respects.


4. PRIVACY POLICY
When you shop on the website we will require you to provide personal details for us to identify you. We will treat your personal information, such as your name, e-mail address, billing address, delivery address, credit card or other payment information, as confidential.

5. DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
We are not liable for any loss or damage caused by a distributed denial-of-service attack, viruses or other technologically harmful material that may infect your computer equipment, computer programs, data or other proprietary material due to your use of our website or to your downloading of any material posted on it, or on any website linked to it.
We make no warranty that the function of the website will be uninterrupted and without errors, that the website or the server are free of viruses or anything else that may harm or destroy your device.

7. THIRD PARTY LINKS
The Website may include links to third party websites that are not controlled by us. We are not responsible for the content on these third party website and we do not endorse you to visit these websites.

8. ORDERS
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Any orders placed by you on the website are treated as an offer to purchase the goods or services provided by us. We reserve the right to reject such offers at any time. The conclusion of a contract between you and us will take place when we

  • debit your credit, debit card or PayPal account
  • dispatch the goods to you, at which time we shall send you an e-mail dispatch confirmation.

We will take all reasonable care to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data provided by you when accessing or ordering from the website.
The risk for the products will be transferred to you once they have been delivered to the delivery address you provided when ordering on the website. We accept no liability when you provide an incorrect delivery address, when products are delivered to a safe place or where you fail to collect the products from the provided delivery address.

9. CANCELLATION RIGHTS AND RETURNS
You have the right to cancel any contract completed with us within 28 days from the day on which you acquire physical possession of the goods.
Please note that we will only accept unused items in original packaging and with original tags still attached, you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

11. ORDERS RETURNED TO US DUE TO AN INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS

We will not accept liability for orders that are returned to us after an unsuccessful delivery due to an incorrect or incomplete address. We are happy to ship the same order again at the buyers cost. 

 


12. PRICE
All prices on the website are in UK Pounds and inclusive of VAT (where applicable) at the current rates and are correct at the time of entering the information onto the system. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without any notice to you.

11. PAYMENT
Payment can be made by any of the specified payment methods. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account before the dispatch of the goods to you.


We accept following payment methods:

  • major credit/debit cards
  • PayPal
  • Klarna

You confirm that the credit, debit card or PayPal account that is being used is yours. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to or does not, for any reason, authorise payment to us we will not be liable to you for any delay or non-delivery.

13. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The content of the website is protected by copyright, trade marks and other intellectual property rights and owned by us.
In accessing the website you agree that you will access the content solely for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, modify, copy or distribute or use for commercial purposes any of the materials or content on the website.

12. USE OF WEBSITE
You acknowledge that we do not guarantee and are not responsible for the security or privacy of the Website and any information provided by you. You must carry the risk associated with the use of the Internet.

13. LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and any disputes will be decided only by the English courts.

13. PROMOTIONAL AND DISCOUNT OFFERS


Gift cards are always excluded from any promotional or discount offers, unless stated otherwise. 

Multiple discount codes and discount offers cannot be be used in one order, discounts cannot be combined. 

Any free gifts are non-refundable.

Mix & Match Baby Essentials and Get 15% Off

Offer applies on selected bamboo baby blankets and swaddles listed on the offer page. Discount is applied automatically in Checkout when customer adds the required quantity of qualifying products using the dedicated bundle page. If any of the items purchased as a discounted set is returned, the offer terms and conditions were not met, therefore the refund will be issued accordingly and discount value will be deducted from the refund e.g. if customer decides to return the swaddle blanket, the blanket they want to keep will be charged at our standard retail price of £30.99 and only the difference will be refunded.

14. SOCIAL MEDIA COMPETITIONS AND INCENTIVES

Occasionally we may run competitions or incentives on social media. Please see a list of currently run events with Terms & Conditions below. 

15. REWARD & REFERRAL SCHEME 

The Lullalove UK reward & referral scheme is available for all customers who sign up for a customer account and opt in to receive our email marketing. When customer decides to participate in the Lullalove UK reward & referral scheme, they automatically agree to the terms and conditions outlined below and therewith these become applicable. If you do not create a Lullalove UK customer account and do not opt in to receive our email marketing, you will not be able to participate in the scheme and any offer will be withdrawn. The scheme does not operate outside of the UK. All customers must be 18 or over.

Lullalove UK reward points will be earned at the rate of 1 point for every whole pound spent on eligible goods on Lullalove UK website online. The points will be earned from 28th February 2023 until further notice.

Lullalove UK referral scheme offers a £3 voucher for every successful referral. A referral is recognised as successful, when referred person place an online order using the referral link. If the qualifying order is cancelled or returned, the £3 voucher will be deducted from the refund amount and the £3 voucher rewarded to the referrer will be removed. Customers cannot refer themselves, any suspicious action will result in removing all vouchers and reward points immediately. 

  • A minimum of 50 points must be accrued to redeem a reward. For every 50 points collected you will earn a £1 off coupon that can been redeemed as a discount on your order at Lullalove UK. A maximum of 250 points can be used per one order.
  • Any points balance remaining once reward coupon has been used, will stay in the account for customer to collect more points for next reward.
  • Loyalty rewards can only be used for purchases of Lullalove UK goods above their face value and cannot be redeemed for cash. In case, customer places an order using the reward points, and decides to return it, only the value paid will be refunded, not the value of the points used. The value of the points will be deducted from the refund.
  • Lullalove UK reserve the right to withdraw or amend the scheme at any time. In this event, all members who have 200 or more points in their account at that point, can request a voucher in the value of their points e.g. a member with an outstanding balance will receive £1 voucher to spend on Lullalove UK website. Request can be made by emailing us at hello@lullalove.co.uk If not requested, points will expire.
  • Lullalove UK may refuse to issue / validate reward point and referral vouchers, if in its reasonable opinion, it considers that the Lullalove UK reward and referral scheme is being misused.
  • Scheme members are not allowed to refer themselves, even when using a different email address or shipping address. Such action or attempt will result in removing all accumulated points and vouchers.


Lullalove UK will, from time to time, use the information you supply during the reward and referral scheme process together with information relating to your transactions, for the purposes of administering the reward scheme, statistical analysis, keeping you informed through email of changes in your points/ reward balances and amendments to the terms and conditions of the scheme. Should you unsubscribe, you will no longer receive notification of promotions or rewards earned.

Reward vouchers can only be used online.

The promotional code can be redeemed against full price and sale items.

Your voucher can only be used once, it does not reactivate if order is returned or cancelled.

Vouchers can only be used by the recipient.

Voucher codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional code.

Items being purchased must be greater than the value of the promo code by a minimum of £1.

Lullalove UK reserves the right to end this promotion at any time without prior notice.
